Our passion is to help individuals and corporations to learn to discover, honour and respect their own and others uniqueness and then communicate their uniqueness effectively.
After a decade and a half of working in the restrictive and often toxic corporate and government environments where bullying and backstabbing were the norm, CEO and founder, Heidi Alexandra Pollard was inspired to seek out a new way to do business. As a result of her experience, training, and research, we’ve developed a program that re-shapes the way people think about company culture and business growth.
