As a practicing servant leader, she is generous with her time – she is a founding board member of the Got Your Back Sista, the Founder and Chair of the Professional Communicators Network and the Co-Founder of Human Power.
Murray is passionate about inspiring people to live their true life purpose and be as successful as possible. Thoughtful, analytical and energetically aware, Murray has over 15 years’ experience in manufacturing and quality assurance and 8 years in Learning and Development, leading teams and driving change. This has provided him with a strong business acumen and plenty of insights into what works and doesn’t to share! His diverse background provides a depth of understanding and experience, enabling him to feel at home in any situation.
An experienced coach, leader, speaker, facilitator and business development manager, Murray recent became a Gallup Strengths based coach, which provided him the qualification and further insights into his natural approach of focussing on people’s strengths and natural talents.
Christina knows that personal and business development are intertwined. She inspires personal and business growth through creativity, innovation and ideation. Her purpose is to open hearts and minds to possibility, to make the world a better place.
Christina travels the world seeking ways to do things better, smarter and faster. In supporting our work at UQ Power Christina has conducted workshops, coached leaders and facilitated strategic planning meetings, events and conferences.
She is currently undertaking doctorate studies in Creativity and Innovation (how cool) and this year will publish her second book, Celebrating Success One Failure At A Time.
Michelle has over 20 years of experience providing guidance, leadership development, recruitment support and strengthening the culture in organisations across 20 industries has shown her one truth – modern businesses are losing their humanity. After seeing the world and meeting people from all walks of life, Michelle chose to dedicate her life to helping businesses in Australia to become more human in the way they operate and their culture.
Michelle has been recognised amongst the community and industry for her profound contribution both to the corporate world and to her much loved charities, however perhaps one of her proudest achievements is the award she has received for being the world’s best mum… she even has the mug to prove it!
Based in sunny Brisbane, Claire started working with Heidi in 2009 as the woman in charge of the nuts and bolts and detail side of the business. Systems, processes, diary management and client communication are her forte and the business wouldn’t be the same without her smooth operation!With 25 years of advanced secretarial experience she gained working for some of the world's largest corporations, such as Boeing, Pilkington and Fletcher
Industries, today she is UQ Power’s Customer Experience Officer. Her expertise in all areas of Office Support means Claire can call upon her wealth of knowledge to ensure our clients and friends of UQ are always met in a professional, reliable and efficient manner - every time.
Gina is an enthusiastic marketing strategist who assists UQ POWER with marketing planning as well as implementing components of the plan such as social media, design and event coordination. She has developed the marketing plan and strategy for our Leading Ladies Brand U and assists with the organisation of The Professional Communicators Network and Higher Power Leaders.
Personable, approachable, passionate and proactive, she has over 5 years of experience in product development, project management and marketing strategy. This has provided her with strong skills in online marketing, digital marketing strategy and brand management. She is a great asset in assisting and supporting our clients. Her international and engineering background provides a depth of understanding and experience, enabling her to be flexible and deliver high level of productivity within our team. Since arriving in Australia in 2014 from Colombia, Gina has shown great determination and commitment in improving her marketing skills, studying an Advanced Diploma in Business and a Diploma of Marketing at Hunter TAFE. Gina has been working with successful brands in Newcastle as well as being awarded a number of awards, such as the TAFE NSW AMBASSADOR 2017.
