POWERFUL PRODUCTIVITY SECRETS OF SUPER CEOs

Alexandria Joy - Wednesday, January 29, 2014

When it comes to productivity tips, there are no lack of resources out there for us to read and refer to. After all, on busy planet earth, finding ways to get things done faster is topic that's never going to grow old.

I’ve been an avid student of getting stuff done productively for years, from undertaking a Personal Efficiency Program in my 20's to looking for opportunities to streamline meetings, approvals and my inbox as a corporate warrior, to throwing away my television 10 years ago and following Brian Tracy's advice and ensuring I "eat my frog" every day.

What I discovered is that there are five powerful productivity strategies that’ll help you no matter which system or expert you follow.

In this video, we mention the IQ Quadrant of the UQ Powerhouse.

Now, I’d love to hear from you.

Which one of these 5 secret strategies would make the biggest, most immediate impact on your productivity?

I have coached two clients today alone on this "pleasing others" issue. SOOOO true what you say, Heidi. We have to crack this one to thrive in business, I say!

Yes indeed Sue the "pleasing others" issue is a biggie for humans as we so innately want to be liked. Keep helping your clients crack it!

Great video - love the "bite sized" content. And I definitely agree about pleasing others. Being so concerned about what other people think can be paralyzing and strips you of your power - keeping you from taking chances and trusting your gut to move forward with your ideas.

Great point Doreen about pleasing others means stripping you of your power - it isn't about being rude or saying no to everything but it is about not giving away your power!

Great list. Powerful advice. I agree about the non-negotiable morning routine. SUPER-important to start your day right -- like eating a healthy breakfast.
Best,
Katherine

Sometimes to do the right thing by someone you need to be tough on them. If this means they
do not 'like' right then - oh well. Sooner or later
they will respect you more.

Heidi,
I really like your video format and bit sized bits we can act upon right away. While all of the tips are familiar, my favorite is "ink it don't just think it".
Nicely done!~
Write on!~
