The Joy of Being Up Yourself

The Joy of Being Up Yourself!

Why not be your own hot date this Valentine's Day!

This Valentine's Day join us for an enlightening and nurturing workshop designed to help you fall in love with yourself and your life again!

This is an experiential workshop of dreaming, questing and sharing with other heart-centred women.  This will help you set the foundation for a year of honouring the beauty and wonder of you.

This workshop is designed for women who:

  • want to do something special for themselves on Valentine's Day
  • love being in the company of other amazing women
  • feel a bit stuck, listless or lost
  • wonder where the joy and love is in their life
need to increase their self confidence
  • feel overworked, overwhelmed and under appreciated

This workshop includes:

  • a luscious morning tea ceremony at the morning session or
  • a delectable light supper (with a celebratory glass of champers of course) at the evening session
  • a flower posy making activity, where you'll learn to reconnect with all the amazing parts of you and celebrate the beauty of colours and flowers
  • the creation of a special pay it forward posy for a woman who might need a hand UP through The Sista Code
  • reflection, meditation & sharing
