We are Company Culture Architects headquartered in Australia. We support CEO's, HR and Marketing Directors to design and build strong company cultures that build their brand and market share through sustainable relationships both internally and externally. We companies to “power up their workforce” so they grow a culture that acts as a unique inner force giving them a “competitive edge” in the marketplace. Unique brands and cultures are remembered, respected and referred and we believe that uniqueness is the most powerful tool people and companies have in today’s crowded marketplace. Our passion is to help individuals and corporations to learn to discover, honour and respect their own and others uniqueness and then communicate their uniqueness effectively.
After a decade and a half of working in the restrictive and often toxic corporate and government environments where bullying and backstabbing were the norm, CEO and founder, Heidi Alexandra Pollard was inspired to seek out a new way to do business. As a result of her experience, training, and research, we’ve developed a program that re-shapes the way people think about company culture and business growth.
