The People Power – Expander Leadership Development Program is unlike any other: four combined elements make it unique, experiential and incredibly effective. The four elements make up the Quadruple Bottom Line that every leader and organisation needs to have in place in order to perform at their peak – we call it the UQ Power House and it is what will give your leaders the power to perform.


People Power is a program for mid to upper management levels in mid to large organisations, government agencies and not for profits. Participants share insights and leadership challenges specific to being a manager and stepping into leadership roles in today’s workplace.

This program is the solution that CEOs, HR Directors and organisations who want to influence the development of a learning culture in their company and leverage faster learning are looking for. If you want to create a more adaptive, effective and responsive enterprise then you have to develop your leaders and emerging leaders.

This program is designed to help your people power up by improving their leadership, communication and creativity, to be more effective and resilient and make a bigger impact in their team, your organisation and industry.

Program Format

The mastermind-based program which runs for a full 12 months and involves participants being grouped with no more than 12 peers to allow for a personalised and more intimate form of leadership development. The course format is delivered through:
  • Four full day in-person workshop sessions
  • Monthly online curriculum including articles, exercises and videos
  • Coaching once a month with a senior, experienced coach
  • Online discussion and forums in between sessions
  • Journaling and on-the-job activities and projects 
  • A personalised communication and leadership style assessment
  • An assessment and feedback report at the conclusion of the 12 month program 

Intakes

Occur three times a year in April, July and October.
